I Still Love Basketball Even Though These Day Are Extremely Difficult…

In case you haven’t heard yet, I.U. basketball is in bad shape, thanks Kelvin Sampson…. I sure hope Kelvin is enjoying is $750,000 buyout that he still left town with when his job was terminated by Indiana University officials. By the way Kelvin, would you mind giving some of that money back to I.U. to help find a replacement to help clean up the mess that you created? To make matters worst, yesterday, two players were dismissed from the team by interim coach Dan Dakich. So as of right now, if Eric Gordon departs for the NBA, which I believe he shouldn’t, (just look at his assist to turnover ratio) we have zero starters returning next year. I am embarrassed to be a Hoosier basketball fan right now. So to brighten my day and maybe yours, here is clip from my oldest son, Damon, who seems to possess a better vertical jump than his dad. Just maybe one day I.U. basketball will return to it’s glory days. Until then I’ll just keep shooting with my boys, it’s more fun…

  1. Derek, Looks like he travels on layups just like his dad.
